Through a series of complementary workshop sessions, the project will support young agriculture professionals in: expanding their network of professional contacts; learning how to use new technologies in their production; how to generate idea; developing and implementing a project in the agriculture field, etc. Project outcomes assist individual agriculture professionals to gain new knowledge, leaderships skills, and wider perspective of their role in society.

On individual level in total 50 agronomists – participants of the workshop will become active workforce through:

1. gaining basic information on leading trends in agriculture,

2. being trained to independently prepare project applications that will enable them to apply for calls that are currently open,

3. acquiring basic skills necessary for their presentation and presentation of their project idea,

4. defining their project ideas for the primary job they are dealing with,

5. gaining experience in leading organizations,

6. creating an informal organization,

7. learning how to boost their CV and manage LinkedIn profile,

8. learning how to actively search for a job and/or new clients od market,

9. increasing their agricultural production and resources.

On the national level will support current and future food security efforts.

On the local level the project will support increased economic activity and socio-economic cohesion.
